In some instances talking to the subconscious brain is an effective way to internalise useful info. Hypnotherapy allows to bypass the conscious brain that filters some of them.

In a quiet setting, with a dim light and some backgroung meditation music, I induce a deep relaxation state where you lose grip on reality. At that stage, your subconscious mind can listen and retain what you need to hear to get better, physically, emotionally and/or psychologically.
